Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Farm

Kuala Lumpur butterfly farm is not as great as Penang butterfly farm. I taken all these pictures from D7000 to gain advantage from the crop body with my reliable Nikkor 105mm f/2.8D + SB900 with O ring attached.

Macro

Another set from Nikkor 105 f/2.8D macro. This time I cleaned my D7000 sensor but still spotted some oil mark when shot more than f/22. I brought the body to NCS and they had changed the mirror set unit to rectify the problem. Shot with direct flash from SB900 without the O ring attached.

At My Father-in-law Fish Pond

Testing my extension tube + 70-200 at my father-in-law fish pond. I wish I have Sigma 150mm macro would be wonderful macro shots I got. Shots were lack of nice background due to the fish pond. If I wanted to get nice background, I need to shot from the pond and definitely I won't do! The shots were not 1:1 magnification ratio.

Few shots of the green.

First Macro Attempt

I bought a set of extension tube from Jeff, Leos Com Ampang Park for my first attempt of macro shoot. This is one of the cheapest and best methods without spending money to purchase a macro lens. All shoots taken plus Nikkor 50mm f/1.8. Its needs patient, difficult & tiring to shoot macro!
